Before joining US LBM, Chrystal held various Human Resources positions across diverse industries—including financial services, landscaping, fitness, manufacturing, utilities, and government—where she honed her expertise in organizational development. Chrystal earned her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, equipping her with the knowledge and skills to inspire and lead in the field of talent management.
