Laura currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at Orgill Inc., where she was recruited to structure and lead the HR function, including partnering with the CEO to shape the new vision and educating leadership to position HR as a valued partner.

Prior, as Chief Human Resource Officer and Chief People Officer at Schnuck Markets Inc., a $3B+ supermarket chain, Laura provided strategic business guidance to the CEO and Board members, while driving change by building a robust, cohesive HR function. Laura’s earlier career roles include Senior Vice President of Human Resources International at Carlson Companies, Vice President of Leadership & Organizational Development at Wendy’s. She also acted as Adjunct Professor (MBA Program) at Washington University and Christian Brothers University.

Laura is a published author, podcast contributor, and guest speaker at several industry events. Laura has her doctorate in industrial & organizational psychology.
